ABOUT ZOE

Coffee lover, dog cuddler, and problem solver - that's me in a nutshell! With a cup of coffee in hand, I am ready to take on any challenge. Whether it's tackling a tricky problem at work or helping a friend through a tough time, I always approach every situation with a clear head and a can-do attitude.

And when I am not busy solving problems, I am probably snuggled up with my furry best friends.

But don't let my love of caffeine and dogs fool you - I am also a force to be reckoned with when it comes to getting things done.

My creativity and resourcefulness make me a natural problem solver, and I am always coming up with innovative solutions to even the toughest challenges.

Zoe’s experiences and expertise

During my career in the UK, I studied social science, psychology and other short courses, whilst working as a live-in support worker and assisting my grandfather who became an amputee after my grandmother passed away.  Whilst living in Perth, Australia, I have been a support worker, site coordinator for a allied health/ mental health/NDIS service provider, a local area coordinator- for the NDIS and a support coordinator, for a well known national organisation.

In 2020, I took a big step and started my own independent support coordination company, called Clarity Support Coordination. As a support coordinator, most days I hear the bad experiences participants are having with support worker companies.

My next step was an obvious one. Join up with a terrific, like-minded business partner who shares the same integrity, vision and values as I do, start something new and do things better! So, I did and here we are today, welcoming you to Confident Care Solutions.

ABOUT TRACY

My name is Tracy and I’m really excited to hear your story and be a part of your journey. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. Growing up in the North of England, I watched as my Grandmother battled with Alzheimer's disease. Witnessing what she and our family members experienced had a profound impact on me, and it ultimately led me to the career path I chose in the caring sector.

As a determined and passionate person, I have always been someone who strives to make a difference in the lives of others. Whether it is by making sure that my friends and loved ones feel safe, or by pushing myself to compete in healthy fitness competitions with my friend, I am always looking for ways to improve the lives of those around me.

For me, family is everything. I am extremely close to my family members and I take great pride in being there for them, whether it is by offering a listening ear or simply being a shoulder to cry on.

At the end of the day, my greatest joy comes from knowing that I have made a difference in someone's life. I believe that we all have the power to make a positive impact on the world around us, and for me, that is what life is all about.

Tracy’s experiences and expertise

Tracy brings over 25 years of experience to her work, having spent her early years in the field directly supporting people in a residential care facility in the UK. She continued to provide direct care for individuals until she moved to Perth in 2008, where she began working in complex care management. Over the next 11 years, Tracy focused on supporting vulnerable children before transitioning to work with people living with disabilities in the community. Tracy started as a disability support worker and has progressed her career to management level for large and well-known companies. Through her varied roles, Tracy has gained valuable industry knowledge, but her passion still lies in working directly with people. Tracy's wealth of experience and dedication to her work make her an invaluable member of any team.
